How do I reserve my date?
First, Message us on our Contact Page to see if we are available! Let us know when and where you're getting married! We will give you a quick call to chat sometime shortly to chat more about your wedding. If you have any questions for us before you book, this is a great time to bring those up! We will then send you your contract and invoice to look over. If anything needs adjusting ( additional time etc..), just let us know! We do all our bookings though an online booking system though Honeybook that allows you to sign the contract digitally and make payments, all online. We get many inquires, but your date will only be reserved once a $500 non-refundable retainer (holds your date & goes towards your total payment) has been paid and the contract has been digitally signed. We are on a first come, first serve basis. Please don't hesitate as popular months fill up fast!
How far in advance should I book your services?
Popular wedding months book up faster than others. This year, peek season in SC was March to June followed by the popular fall / winter months, September to December. If you are considering booking videography, PLEASE do it sooner than later. Most brides are booking 6 months - 1.5 years in advanced. But there are still some dates available for 6 months or less! Please understand that we limit our availability to prevent from overbooking. We want to give each and every one of our brides and grooms 110%.

Can I help pick the music for the video?
Yes & No.
Fire and Moon Videography pays for legally licensed music for the Highlight Film. This is so we can post your film on social media and not get in trouble, or have your music flagged / muted. Though you might not have heard of the song before, most brides LOVE their selected music. If you do NOT like the song/s chosen, you may request a new one/s! So because of this... We have "Mini Films" (Instagram & Facebook Reels) which is a condensed version of your Highlights Film) to allow you to share a 90 second film (the maximum time FB and IG allows) of your wedding, jam-packed with all the best highlights, but allowing YOU TO PICK your favorite song!
Can I review the video before it’s finalized?
Absolutely. We always give the client first viewing of their wedding! If any clips need to be altered or adjusted before posting, just notify us.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are! ALL of your wedding vendors should be!! The Certificate of Insurance can be provided to you.
Can I divide up my payments?
YES! In our contract and invoice, you have the option to make month to month payments. This is OPTIONAL. As long as you have paid your retainer, then you can pay any amount at any time, as long as all payments are made by the DAY BEFORE the wedding!!
